chocolate chip cookies

You will need
Bowl
Spoon
Egg beaters
Baking trays
Measuring cups



Ingredients
4 tbl spoons of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups of s r flower
3 rows of chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Beat in egg and vanilla
3. Chop chocolate into small pieces
And stir into mixture
4. Stir flour in
5. Roll about a tbl spoon of mixture
Into balls and put on greased tray
6. cook for 12 mins at 180°c

chocolate hedgehog

350g butter
1 1/3 suger
8 tbs of cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup of saltanas
500g shredded wheat biscuits broken into pieces

method
in a saucepan melt butter,suger and cocoa
over medium heat until suger has dissolves.

in bowl add egg, biscuits and saltanas
pour melted buter,suger cocoa on to dry ingredentgd s.
mix it and pour into pan. push hedgehog down whit a spoon.
chil in the fridge for 1 hor.
